Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the watch you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the timepiece, original warranty card, and all protective films back into the Argos luxury presentation box to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the exterior of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
